Hailey walked into the room, swinging her sword around. She headed to the practice room that her daddies had set up for her and her twin Haben. She used her sword to attack the dummy, lopping off its arms and legs, before using her shadow powers to make a million little cuts all over the dummy, cutting chunks out the dummy when she started to loose control of her powers. She shuddered her breath coming in pants as she slowly rained in her power. She fell to her knees panting harshly as she finally managed to control her powers and reign it in. After a few minutes she stood shakily moving closer and touching the dummy, using her death power to finish the dummy off, a bead of sweat rolled down her face as she tried to control it so that she didn't attack anyone else in the house, managing that she passed out she had used to much power in the amount of time.

Haben stepped out of the shadows hoping to scare his sister, he had only recently learned how to shadow travel. When he took in the room though his expression quickly turned from a smile to concern and he moved to his sisters side, wrapping his arms around her comforting her. He called in the darkness around them, hoping to help her gain full control over herself again. He wasn't scared of his twin sister, even though he knew he should be with her having more control over the shadows. "Do you think you need dads help?", he whispered in her ear, knowing that is they called out one of there fathers would be there to help them.

Emmanuel

"No, I feel better now." She tells him, breathing heavily, before her breath started to come slowly and normally. "Thanks for helping me, I didn't think I could do it myself, but look I killed the dummy." She says standing slowly her legs shaking with excess nerves and power, she managed to stand still and stong pointing to the pile of black rubble on the ground before scooping up her sword. "Play swords with me?" She asked, with a cheeky grin feeling better than before, getting more and more energy back, feeling more energized and better now that she had stopped using her power.

Haben watched her for a moment before calling back his own powers and feeling the energy drain from using them. He knew he would fully feel the effects later but for now he felt okay. "I will always help you, Hailey. That's what brothers are for right", he replied with a smile. He picked up his own sword having dropped it when he saw his sister. "Of course, why else would I be here Hailey?", he replied. He knew he probably should take it easy after holding back his sisters powers but he did want to test his skills against her again and he did feel fine.

"Right." She tells him with a grin raising her sword. "En guard!" She says before lunging at him with her sword, hitting his sword before taking a few steps back, she had learned her lesson from the last time that they had spared and she had ended up with a rather large bloody scratch down her arm and her papa and father hadn't been pleased, so she vowed to try harder to win the fight so that her papa and daddy would be proud of her, She moved forward again swinging her sword at his head, with a gleeful smile.
