Mackenzie couldn't help but laugh as she saw her image on Maddie's arm. She touched it softly and blushed as Maddie spoke of love and how she brought it out in her. She kissed Madeleine softly before speaking. "I feel those things too but I didn't know what to call them", she replied honestly. "I think of you all the time, and want to be around you." She thought about Madeleine when she trained, when she baby sat, when she woke up and before she fell asleep. Madeleine was already starting to become a bit of an argument between her father and herself even. One that she hoped Thys might help her sort out. Kenzie just wanted the freedom to be the age that she was even if she was meant to be younger.

"I'm so glad," Madeliene tells her, feeling over the moon that Mackenzie felt the same way about her as she did about Mackenzie. She felt her heart flutter in her chest and the slight sting that a tattoo had made its way there. In a moment of vulnerability, she says, "Don't leave me, I don't know if I could stand it." She couldn't help a little blush on her cheeks, looking away from her feeling silly that she opened up but knowing that what she said was true and she knew if Mackenzie was ever hurt she would burn the person that did so. She moved and pressed her face into Mackenzie's neck. "If someone took you from me nothing would stop me from pulling the whole world apart to find you." 

"I know that I don't want to leave you", Mackenzie replied. She knew that she couldn't really promise that she wouldn't though. She was only the daughter of two demigods even. Mackenzie was a goddess. She would eventually leave her one day. She just hoped that one day was a long way away. It felt good to know that Mackenzie would search for her if she ever went missing. "I hope it doesn't come to that but thank you. I would do anything to keep you safe too", she admitted. She knew it wasn't necessary but she wanted Mads to know how she felt.

Madeline couldn’t help but hope that like with Ali even though she hated the girl she was glad that Maddox wouldn’t loose her because she had become a goddess should couldn’t help but hope before she lost Mackenzie she would become a goddess so she didn’t have to loose her. Mad couldn’t help the grin that spread over her face when it was mentioned that Mackenzie would try to keep her safe it was a novel concept for the goddess no one before had wanted to protect her it was usually the other way around. It warmed her that even though Made was a goddess and Kenzie was a demigod she would still try to protect her. “I’m glad that you would come for me, I feel better, Maddox wouldn’t he’s a pacifist and he’s all I have apart from you, so I’m really glad that you would come for me.”
