Maddox appeared in his sisters home with a great need to talk to her.  "Where are you Mads?  I really need to talk to you sis", he called hoping she was home.  He had just found out about the new boy at the camp and there was something about him that rang true to one of the two of them.  Right now he was really hoping his sister had had a kid about 18 years previous because he really didn't want to cause any waves between him and Ali now that things where finally going smoothly between them again.  He had also had no knowledge of ever having any kids but he had had a few drunken nights but then and right now he was really hoping none of them had lead to this child.  A child of which he would have ignored for the last 18 years and would probably hate him for it.  Maddox took a seat on the couch and waited to see if his world was about to crash down around him once more.

"What's wrong brother?" She asked walking out of the kitchen carrying a plate with a full English breakfast and wearing black jeans and a black singlet her tattoos on full display. She took the plate and placed it near him before heading back to the kitchen before coming back with cutlery and and two cups of coffee she walked over to him and hugged him before passing him a cup taking a seat again starting to eat her food, she was starved she had been back to Afghanistan last night her friend from in the service who had opened a private security business had asked her to lead a team to rescue a group of aid workers who had been taken by the Taliban. They had managed to save them but had lost two guys, she had worked with them before and it made her sad that she couldn't have saved them all but it was one thing she had learnt after 800 years you couldn't save everyone and they had know what they were signing on for when they had accepted the job.

"So what's the big problem that puts a look of concentration on your face?" She asked taking a sip of her coffee knowing that he wouldn't get mad if she ate while he talked.

Maddox stole a piece of bacon from her plate and nodded on thanks for the coffee. He hugged his sister back and waited for her to take a seat. "Another all nightier?", he asked her before going into what he had come here for. "Well....I am not sure if you have noticed the unclaimed new kid at the camp. I have been sorta watching him out of curiousity as to who would claim him and.....well I need to ask you if you might have had a kid, say 18 years ago that you never told me about", he continued. Right now he was so hoping for a yes answer. He knew it could have been him but he hated the thought of leaving his child in the dark for so long.

"Yeah I was helping out some friends." She says taking another bite of food. "Uhh I wish that I could Maddox but no I don't have any kids. Why do you think you think that he might be yours? Really? Ohh god he's not going to like us every much is he or was the child a girl?" She asked her mouth dropping open in shock before she snapped it closed and took another bite of food it tasted like ash, she could understand how the child was probably feeling because Maddox and herself had been through it.

"Well what the hell are you doing here go down there and claim the poor child and bring him slash her back here right now Maddox." She tells him standing up and hitting him on the side of the head. "You are so stupid it doesn't matter if the devil spawn you call the love of your life doesn't like it you will not let that poor kid be alone any longer is that understood Maddox?" She asked standing over him with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face.

Maddox rubbed the side of his head as he listened to rant waiting for her to finish. "You know that hurt right and the child is a he. Not that he is truly a child anymore. I doubt anything I do will make him like this family reunion", he stated. "Also I think you need to remember that the devil spawn as you call her is close to Mackenzie." With that thought he left the room to claim his child and see if he could salvage any sort of relationship with the kid.

He appeared about 10mins later with Declan in tow. The boy instantly moving away from and looking around in confusion.

Declan had been standing outside the Hermes cabin, trying to find the nerve to actually enter when some sort of sign appeared over him. The main thing he could make out of it was the peace symbol when he looked up. He looked back down and came face to face with another guy. He jumped back a step and was glad he hadn't been holding anything at the time. The guy said something about being his father and asked him to come with him. When Declan didn't reply that guy must have taken that as an affirmative and next thing Declan knew he was somewhere else. He took note the women in the room and backed away from the both, putting his back to a corner so nothing could at least come up behind him. "What the hell is going on? Where am I? And how did you just do that?" He asked. He half wanted to sink down the wall and just give in to the insanity that had become his life. But the rest was still demanding answers and allowed him to stand tall.

Maddie scowled at the spot where Maddox had been a shudder working through her at the thought of having to be nice to Ali, she scowled at Maddox when he reappeared and his child scrambled away from him she walked over and punched him in the arm with a mutter of "You are such a moron I swear I got all the brains." before moving closer to the boy her hands hold up in the surrender position. "Hi I'm Madeleine, twin to the big lug over there Maddox. How you got here was that Maddox used his powers that all Gods and Goddess' have to transport you here to my house. The reason he brought you here is to explain about him being your father and why he wasn't around most boy your life and to ask if you would allow him to be a part of your life. He was supposed to ask you to come not almost kidnap you and if you want to leave just say the word and I'll take you back to camp and Maddox will talk to you there." She says smiling at him hoping that he gave them a chance but if he didn't she couldn't blame him.

Declan looked between them and moved to slump down in a armchair. He would have sat on the couch but at this stage he wanted neither of them sitting beside him. He would have asked to go back but he knew there was so much he didn't know and he had already made a fool of himself in front of Vivian. He didn't want anyone else to see just how oblivious he was to this world. "It's fine", he replied to the goddess. "He did say something but I wasn't really paying attention. Its been a weird day. I mean its not just every day that you find out that your father isn't just some deadbeat who doesn't care about his kids, but he is also a god." This was accompanied with a glare to said god. He looked away after a moment anymore and let out a sigh as he placed his head in his hands, "I don't even know whats real anymore."

I understand how confusing this all can be, Maddox and myself were abandoned at birth by our mother and didn't know we were gods till we had come to camp and been here for almost two years so we do understand what you have gone through. I'm sobsorry that you didn't know about this and that Maddox didn't find you before, but he didn't know till you got to camp, trust me I know when my brother is lying and he wasn't.
