Araseli stubbornly refuses to look at him when he comes over to her, her eyes catching onto the matching green of the grass she was sitting on. Would he really be there for her? Could he be? She not only has a god for a father, but the king of the gods, who obviously already had someone to care for.

"Don't make any promises you can not know for sure you can keep," she tells him before finally giving in and looking at him. Searching his face for any sign of lying or reason to distrust, Araseli finds none and throws her arms around him, burying her face against his shoulder, "I just want my dad, okay?"

"I'll try not too make promises I can't keep, okay?" He tells her, stroking her hair as he hugs her back tightly, glad that she would give him a chance and he would make sure that he did nothing to endanger that. "Would you like to meet your little sister?" He asks her, not letting go of her glad he finally had her in his arms, his little girl. "You have a room in my house right next to hers, and I've made sure that Hera can't hurt you though she may say horrible things like she always does the bitter old hag." He mutters.

Araseli listens to him speak and simply nods against him that, yes, she would like to meet her sister. I have a sister, she thinks happily, the resentment she had momentarily felt towards the younger child disappearing as quickly as it had come now that she had - finally - gotten to hug her father and get reassurance that he did not hate or forget her. "I don't think I ever want to meet Hera," she says sheepishly, having heard the stories of the queen goddess while eavesdropping on other demigods in the tribe. "But I do want to meet my sister."

"I don't blame you I wish I hadn't ever met her." He tells her with a wink, reluctantly letting go of her so that he could get Kayci and bring her over to Araseli. "This is your little sister Kayci." He tells her handing her over to Araseli, before taking a seat next to them, before handing Araseli Kayci's favorite teddy bear as she started to fuss. "I'm not sure that I'm doing a great job, I'm not very good at looking after children, the mothers of them don't usually let me near them." He tells her with a sheepish look.

"I can not imagine why," Araseli tells him, half smirking in his direction as her arms naturally fold as needed to hold Kaycie. She gently rocks the child in her arms how she had seen mothers in the tribe do so, tucking the teddy bear close to Kaycie knowing that it would comfort her to have it already in her arms. "It just takes practice," she looks at her father, "Do you have a blanket to swaddle her in? The healers back home have noted that children of godly descent, whether demigods, immortal or legacies, tend to be very colicky and swaddling can help them up to their toddler years."

Zeus smiled at his children glad they where getting along. "Sure." He said waving his hand and a blanket appeared in it and he passed it over to her he hadn't known that the children had gotten more colic what ever that was more than mortal babies. "What is 'Colic?'" He asked her looking confused but he wanted to know more than he had before because he wanted to be a better father than he had been before. "She's probably hungry too it's coming up on time for her to feed." He tells her making a bottle appear the same way he had made the blanket appear.

"Colic is simply a condition where children - mostly infants - are easily distressed. They can be well fed and taken care of, but they still fuss and cry more than is normal." Araseli explains to Zeus as she accepts the blanket. She lays the blanket down in the grass and sets Kayci down on it, beginning to wrap the blanket around her sister gently, albeit firmly. "The healers think that colic in demigods and legacies come from the ADHD, our need to move." Araseli adds as she finishes, only Kayci's neck up being visible. She picks Kayci up and shows Zeus as she accepts the bottle to feed her sister, "This is a swaddle. The blanket around her will ease her distress; it comforts, warms, and I guess you could say for demigods it feels like we're less exposed, as if we have armor on."

"Ahh okay then." He tells her watching as she wrapped the blanket around her, making sure that he knew how to do it, so that if she was fussy he had some way to calm her, he always felt hopeless when she started bawling her eyes out for no apparent reason. "I can understand that, I'd feel exposed too." He says with a grin. "It doesn't look too hard to do either which is good because I would be hopeless at it if it was too hard, so like this?" He asked a toy doll appearing in front of him which he used to practice on messing it up on his first try.

Araseli chuckles softly at Zeus's attempt and, holding Kayci with one arm wrapped around to hold the bottle as well, she reaches the other hand over to correct his movements. "It is actually harder to do on a real child when they are fussing; it takes practice to be able to swaddle correctly around their flying limbs when they're freaking out. But you'll get it." She smiles and goes back to focusing on feeding Kayci, rocking the little girl gently, "It took mom years to learn and be comfortable with anything concerning children; if she can learn it, so can you."

"Hopefully." He tells her with a rueful grin, copying her movements this time coming up with a passable attempt, but it still needed a lot of work. "If you wanted, after I put Kayci down for a nap we could do something together just the two of us if you wanted." He asked acting unaffected but on the inside he was a ball of nerves, wondering what she would say, if she would agree or if she wouldn't want to do something with him.

"We could explore camp more, or I could take you shopping, or we could go anywhere in the world you wanted, there's theme parks, my house, Olympus, so really anywhere you could possibly want to go I could take you, if you wanted that is."

Araseli remains silent for a few moments, considering. She would love to spend time doing 'something' with him, but exploring camp was out of the question since she is going to be here for awhile now. Mom had told her to not leave camp, but it really could not be a big deal if she went with Zeus - her dad. "I am not one really for shopping or theme parks," admits Araseli finally, "But maybe we could go to your place and watch some movies? I hear movies are good for parent-child bonding. And then this way we are right there if Kayci needs you."

"Sure a movie sounds good, Hera shouldn't be home either so that's a positive." He tells her with a smile, on the inside he was doing a happy dance awesome his child wanted to do stuff with him. "I have all the latest and even some that aren't out on DVD yet, god privilege, just don't tell anyone else they don't know that I own shares in most of the movie studio's except peacock that one is terrible they make the worst movies known to man or god." He says while still trying to make sure he could swaddle Kayci properly, he didn't want to mess it up.
