Zeus walked into the room, in his arms he held his latest child a baby girl he had named, Kayci. He knew that Hera was going to put up a stink about having a half-blood in her house but the child had no where else to go and he wasn't going to abandon her to her fate in the mortal world, where she could be killed, mistreated or abused. Now that the gods could take a more active roll in raising Kayci or any of his half-blood children, at least until she was old enough to go to camp, where he could see him every so often or come and visit him whenever she wanted.
He stroked her cheek humming and swaying a little so that she wouldn't wake after she let out a thin wail. He used his power to weave a spell around her so that Hera couldn't hurt her or take her away and leave her somewhere, if she took her away and left her some where she would appear back in her cot. He also made a pendent appear around her neck, that she could hold onto and wish to be home and come back to her room, no matter who was holding her.
He then waved his hand and made a room appear for Kayci with her name on the door. He walked into the room and was about to put Kayci down in her cot but he realized that he didn't want to place her down, so he carried her to the living room and took a seat placing her on his shoulder placing a sheet over her, before picking up a book and starting to read while he waited for Kayci to wake up or for Hera to arrive and start screaming like a shew like usual.
