He has a growling disposition covers up for a heart that is as wide as the ocean, he is nice and kind to people who he loves and likes, while mean and quite cruel to people he doesn't like or know. His has an antagonistic relationship with his two brother Pluto and Jupiter.

Neptune is one of the big three, who control the underworld, sky and Neptune controls the sea and earth. 10 years ago his wife, the only person he has ever really loved, turned into a titans supporter, after a while it turned out that she was a spy for the Gods side, but the fear of loosing her made him realize that she was the only one he loved and would ever love. They have spent the last 10 years or so traveling the world together so that they could have time alone to reconnect with each other and work out if they could stay together after what she had done.

Neptune walked slowly into the room whistling to himself, he was in a fabulous mood, but not that anyone apart from Salacia would know it. He had a reputation to uphold, being a mean ornery stubborn man was all he had going for him. He headed to the kitchen grabbing a cup of coffee he headed into the lounge room and took a seat on the sofa after putting his cuppa down on the table, he streached out and put the TV on finiding something that he wanted to watch House, which was one of his favorite shows, He bundled up in a quilt when it started to get colder and colder, and drank his nice warm coffee as he watch House deduce and solve the puzzle.
