Personality: (this doesn't have to be long just write a little bit about them) Although Maddox has a rough look he is probably in most ways kinder then his sister, unless you try to hurt him or anyone he knows, then you would be better off being on the other side of the world. He is caring to those he likes and enjoys scarring those he doesn’t. He won’t fight unless he has to and can often hide out as the form of a old man which is how he was gotten away with keeping his tattoo parlour for so long.
12. Background: (this needs to be about 100 words. Just a little bit into the history of your character) Maddox and Madeleine are only about 800 years old so they are fairly young by godly standards they are twins. Maddox and Madeleine don't know who their parents are they just know that they are gods. The twins spend most of their time on the mortal realm because they feel like they don't belong because they don't know their parents and none of the other gods will tell them who their parents are.
The kids grew up in the mortal realm in an orphanage and didn't know that they were gods they just knew that they were different and when they hit about 20 they didn't age. They were approached by a demi-god after they destroyed a monster in front of him by using powers and weapons that they didn't know that they had. The demi-god told them about the gods and demigods and they all went to camp together where they lived for a while before they caught the eye of the gods who noticed that they were not demi-gods but gods. They were taken to the godly and told about them being the god and goddess of Tattoos, Piercings, Gambling. Madeleine turned out to be the goddess of War and Dying Young as well and Maddox was the god of Old Age and Peace. They asked the gods about their parents but no one would tell them anything. They grew bitter over not being told who their parents were so they left the godly and spent all their time on earth away from the camp.
Maddox opened a little tattoo shop that got a lot of business he liked to put artwork onto people it had been "passed down" from one generation to the other for most of the 700 years that he has been alive. 5 years ago he met Ali and they had an on again off again relationship with her because he didn't want to commit to someone who was going to die. The reason that he and his twin has come back to camp is because Ali asked him for a favour and even though they were no longer together he still was good friends with her.

It had been so long since he had last been back here and he found he had rather forgotten what it actually looked like. He was glad to see all the new cabins for the minor gods and was thinking he may have to protest the fact that him and his sister where yet to get this honour. But then he supposed they would probably need kids to use it first. They weren’t like Hera and craved the honour it would give. Speaking of his sister, that was part of the reason he was back and he wondered where she was. He hoped she hadn’t killed Ari yet, which was of course the other reason he was back. He wondered how long it would be until some confronted him for a tattoo and the thought hadn’t even fully formed before a demigod came up with that exact question. Maddox ignored the boy and went in search of his sister. Seriously, couldn’t they even wait a day to do that.
