Catherine walked into the room she was to be sharing with her husband.  Their things had already been left her for them and she slowly started placing things away as she let her mind run wild.  She had found out the day before they where to leave Elliot's castle that she was pregnant and she had yet to find the right time to tell her husband.  She couldn't be happier that she was.  She had always wanted children but at the same she had her concerns.  She knew how many problems her sister had had in her pregnancies and how had they had almost even lost her and it made her fear for both her life and the life of their child.  She barely unpacked one suit case when she sat down one the bed, placing her head in her hands to hide the tears she could feel stinging her eyes as her mind ran over all the possibilities of how this could all go wrong.

Louis walked into the room whistling happily he had just came back from the dining room and was beginning to enjoy camp he took one look at Catherine and stopped whistling moving closer he wrapped his arms around her. "Tell me what's wrong Catherine and I'll fix it I promise just tell me." He begs her, wiping away a tears that escaped down her cheek. "Please Cath, let me in I can't help you if I don't know what's going on." He hugs her tighter waiting for her to speak thinking though all the things it could possibly be but he was coming up black about what would cause her tears.

Catherine sigh inwardly, she didn't want him to think she was upset with what she was about to tell him, but how could he take it any other way. She could hardly pass this off as tears of joy. "There's nothing to fix Louie. There isn't in truth anything wrong", she replied. She then thought about how to say the rest without it coming across wrong to him. She softly took one of his hands in her own. A smile came across her face at the thought of him and their children. "I'm pregnant Louie and as happy as I am about it I still can not stop the fear over what happened with Vicie." She hoped he understood. She had always wanted this but she had never been able to forget what had happened with her sister.

"Really?" Louis asked looking at her dumbstruck, before lowering his hands to rest against her stomach a wide smile crossing his lips before he leaned up and kissed her before standing and swinging her around in a circle before putting her back on her feet and hugging her and kissing her deeply before pulling back. "That's amazing." He said his voice filled with wonder he looked down at her still flat stomach imagining it swelling with his child, their child. "I know it's hard after seeing what your sister has been through but I know she'll be happy for us and the chances of something going wrong for us are really small."

Catherine smiled and kissed him back, letting out a laugh as he spun her. "I know there is, but I still worry", she replied, truthfully. She did know he was right and it was foolish for her to worry so much over it. She couldn't to him with their child, she kew he would be a great father and the though left a true smile on her face. She cupped his face with one hand, while the other rested over her still flat stomach. She had wanted a child for a long time but her sisters problems had made her want to wait. "So what do you think. A boy or a girl?", she asked with a smile. She personally would love to see him with a little girl, she had a feeling their daughter would have him wrapped around her finger though.

"I do understand your fears and I share them, I was there when they went through it as well remember? I don't mind either way but I would love a daughter who looked just like you because that would be amazing, but I would also like a boy, or one of each. I'd be happy with a healthy and happy baby." He tells her holding her close, imagining a little girl who looked exactly like Cathrine and a boy with his own looks and Catherine's beautiful eyes the images bringing an unconscious smile to his face, he couldn't wait till the baby or babies were here.

"How are we going to tell your sister? It will be so hard on her, since she can't have any and that was one of the only things in the world she wanted?" He asked her wondering what they would do.

"I know you where Louis", she replied to him. She had never meant to say that he didn't understand her sister or his brother's pain of not being able to have a family. The thought that the same thing could happen to them had been part of why she had put of allowig herself to try for so long. She smiled at the thought of having a boy and a girl.

"I don't know", she replied honestly. She knew how much her sister had wanted a family and she knew that it could still hurt her even if she would be happy for them. "I don't want to hurt her."

"I know that Victoria will be happy for you and I'm not saying that it won't be hard for her but I'm sure she'll support you because she loves you." He tells her wrapping his arms around her hugging her tightly. Hoping that what he said was true he knew it would kill Catherine if Victoria didn't support her, and he kept his fingers crossed that it wouldn't happen because he knew how much Catherine relied on her sister for support and she would need even more support now the she was pregnant and he hoped that Victoria could look past her hurt to help her sister through it.

Catherine wrapped her arms around his waist and snuggled in against him. It always amazed her that he knew exactly what to say to make her feel better. Still Catherine knew that until she had told Vic, she would worry about her sisters response. No matter the fact that they all looked the same age now or the fact that they had lived a very long time, Victoria would always be her older sister and she loved her. She didn't want to see her hurt. "I hope your right", she replied simply.

It was then that she remembered that Apollo had been able to tell her that she was more then just pregnant. She knew what he saw could always just be one possibility though and this was why she was still worried. She met her husband's eyes as she spoke. "When I asked before about a boy or girl I was really just trying to judge her thoughts on it. Apollo was able to tell me what we are having. Would you like to know?" She bit her lif after she had asked the question and waited for his response. The fact that they where having a twin boy and girl made her happy though it hadn't been a issue to her what they where.

Louis hoped that he was right as well because he knew that it would break Catherine’s heart if her sister didn’t react well to the news. Louis knew how much Victoria wanted a child and how it killed her a little each time she lost one but he hoped that her feelings of loss and anger didn’t get unleashed on Catherine when she told Victoria the news. “I love you.” He tells her hugging her not knowing what else to say knowing that any other words would seem hollow.

“I don’t care what the gender is so long as they are healthy.” He tells her, before thinking about her offer, he had to admit he really wanted to know. “I do want to know what gender since you already know I’d love to know the gender of our baby.” He says hugging her tightly wondering what gender the kid would be he wanted to have a little girl who looked just like her mother but he wouldn’t mind a little boy who was a mix of both of them.

Catherine returned the hug and kissed him. "And I love you", she replied, smiling at him. She out thoughts of telling her sister aside. She didn't want to continue to dwell on her fears there.

Catherine understood and agreed. So long as the twins where healthy, their sex had not been a issue to her but she couldn't deny that she had wanted to know when Apollo had told her he could tell her. "Well, Daddy gets his wish of his little princess but she comes with a prince", she replied she waited to ensure he caught on before continuing. "We are having twins. A boy and a girl", she confirmed with a smile.

"Really?" He asked with a smile moving and falling to his knees in front of her and then pressed his hand to her stomach before kissing her belly. "Hello my babies." Louis was unable to help but tear up about how much he loved the kids already. He couldn't believe that he would have two babies to perfect babies in a few months. "Twins." He whispered feeling overwhelmed with the love he felt filing him for his babies he knew that he would do anything to protect the babies and his wife he would even give his life for her and their babies.
