Gabe stood in the room they had been preparing for the twins.  He had given up work a few weeks before, realising that it wasn't only him he needed to look after now.  He was also starting to show and didn't want to have to explain it.  He had decided that while. He could he was going to paint the girl's room with his own hand rather then use powers to do it.  He had brought a pale pink paint the day before and the room was ready for him to start if he could bring himself to pick up the paint brush.  He let out a soft sigh and shifted to open the paint and pick up the brush.

A few hours later Gabe had painted half of one wall and was seriously glad they had placed sheets over the floor and he had worn a old shirt and jeans.  He had more paint over his clothes and the floor then he had thought he would but it was giving him something to do.  He left the room after closing the paint tin and washed his hand before heading to the kitchen to make some lunch.

Apollo

Apollo appeared in their home sneaking up behind Gabe who was in the kitchen wrapping an arm around his waist resting his hand on the bump there. "Hey Gabe, how has your day been?" He asked him, resting his head on his shoulder stroking his bump softly feeling so happy, that they were going to have two little girls. He loved kids and couldn't wait to have more of his own. "How were the twins? Behaving themselves I hope?" He asked moving to his knees to talk to the bump. "They girls? have you been behaving for your papa?" He placed a soft kiss on Gabe's stomach, so happy that he was finally showing.

Gabriel grinned at his husband and laughed softly as he kissed the slight bump that was the product of their twins. He smirked as he noticed that Apollo now had paint on his face. He shifted a hand to wipe the paint off. "They have been fine. Letting me paint the room at least. I am guessing that means they like the shade of purple that we picked." He was glad that he had decided to paint the room now and not leave it until later. He wasn't sure how big he was going to get with the twins and he really wanted to do the painting himself even if art had never been his specialty. He had a painting of his sisters that he wanted to place in the girls room as well and the pinks in it had been part of why he had chosen to paint the room purple.

"I'm glad." He tells him still keeling stroking the bump with his hands giving it a few more soft kisses before standing and kissing him again. "I love you." He says, before resting his head on Gabe's shoulder taking a few deep breaths feeling slightly overwhelmed it was only the second set of children he had the pleasure of being around as they were growing and it was making him emotional he was so glad that Gabe was allowing him to be part of the pregnancy. "I'm so happy." He murmurs ignoring the tears that slip down his face he didn't want seem weak but he was so happy to be part of it.

Gabriel knew that as a god, Apollo hadn't had much chance to be a part of his children's lives. He was glad to give him that chance first with Gale and now with the twins. "And I love you", he replied. His arms wrapped around Apollo but he made no comment on the tears. He loved him and would never see Apollo as being weak. He had seen to much strength from him before. He smiled as he felt the girls move and took one of Apollo's hands in his to press it to his stomach. He felt the soft kick but wants sure if Apollo would be able to yet. "We all are. I can imagine just how spiolt these two will be by their older brothers and sister." He didn't need to know the future to know his girls would be loved by their siblings. Gale seemed to love everyone, Dakota was protective of them all and Danielle had always been so soft and caring to Gale when he had been younger. The thought of what had happened to the children made him sad. He wished he had been able to keep them safe.

"I'm sure they will be spoilt rotten. Not to mention Zeus, he loves to spoil his grandchildren." Apollo says, he knew that Zeus hadn't been around for the other's when they were young but he knew that his father wanted to be more involved with his kids and grandchildren. "I can't wait to meet these little ones." He says, stroking his stomach feeling happy that he had the chance to be involved in the kids from the beginning. "I can't wait to see Gale, Dakota and Danielle with Payton and Phryne it will be so amazing, I know that Gale will love looking after them and Dakota, remember how he hated taking his eyes off Gale when he was younger."

Gabriel grinned at the thought of how his sons and daughter would be with their younger sisters. Despite Danielle and Dakota not being his by blood, but they where in every way that counted. "Zeus is welcome to see them when ever he wants", Gabriel replied. He had got to know Zeus better since he had become a god and he no longer feared the man. "I also can't wait to see them together. I can't wait to meet them at all", he continued, a hand moving to rest over Apollo's again as the other moved to cup his face. "Dakota always watched over Gale and Danielle was always sweet with him as well. I can't imagine them being any different with the girls. In fact I am sure that neither of them will ever get hurt."

"I'm glad, next time I see him I'll ask him to bring Kayci over as well. He can spend some time with the older ones too so that they aren't hostile towards him when he comes to visit the twins." Apollo says with a grin. He was looking forward to meeting his new babies, and he couldn't wait to see the kids interacting he had loved watching Gale follow Dakota around because he was smitten and Dakota kept Gale out of trouble and as safe as he could. "I'm sure that Gale and Dakota will dote on them, no boys will get near them and nobody will be able to hurt them."

Gabriel smiled, "it is good to see your father finally finding some happiness too", he commented. Any of the gods would have to be blind to not see that Zeus was happier. He just hoped that Hera didn't wreak that for him. "A thought that I must say that I do like." He would always know that his daughters would never get hurt under the protection of his sons. He cupped his husbands face in one hand and kissed him. He felt another flutter of movement in his stomach again. "The girls certainly seem happy that their dada's home." Part of Gabe wanted to see his girls take more after Apollo. Gale had after all, taken more after him.

"I'm glad you're all glad to see me." Apollo tells him giving him another kiss before kneeling down in front of his stomach pushing up his shirt a little he pressed some kisses to his stomach before saying. "Why hello little girls I'm so happy that you are happy that I'm home I shall try to be away less so you have no time to miss me." Apollo says to the belly hoping that Gabriel wouldn't mind him talking to the babies he never really did that with Gale but this time he couldn't stop himself talking to his girls. "I'll tell you a story later but I think Papa is jealous of all the attention you're getting." He says kissing the bump a few more times, knowing that Gabriel wasn't jealous but he couldn't help teasing him before standing and giving another few kisses feeling so blessed to have Gabriel in his life.

Gabriel couldn't stop the giggle that came from him as Apollo knelt to kiss his stomach again. A smiled crossed his face though as Apollo spoke to the girls. "Well Papa will hardly complain if Dada is going to be around more often, so long as he doesn't get himself in trouble with Grandpa", he replied, a hand lightly threading through Apollo's hair. Gabriel decided to ignore for that moment that Zues would be their Grandfather and their great grandfather in one. "Hmmm....and what if Papa gets jealous during the story later", Gabriel teased back. He was hardly jealous but he couldn't help but want to see how far he could push this.

"I'm glad that you will be happy that I'll be around more." Apollo tells him with a grin, "Well I'm sure we can have some adult story time." Apollo says giving Gabriel a wink. "Maybe read 50 shades of grey." he says as a joke knowing how much Gabe absolutely loathed the books saying over and over again such when the books had become a fad. He quickly moved out of the way encase Gabe attacked him because he knew how much he hated them and anyone who said that they were good books because he had found so many problems with it.

Gabriel rolled his eyes at his husbands comment but decided to play along with it for now. Apollo knew well that Gabriel hated the books after all so it was obvious to him that he was just teasing and Gabriel could always do some of that himself. "I think I would prefer to play it out", he teased. He shifted closer to his husband and slipping a hand under his husbands shirt once he was close enough. "What do you think, Apollo? Do you like the idea of me tied up for you?", he teased further as his hand teased the skin of his husband stomach, occasionally dropping to brush the waist band of his pants.

A thought was all it took to close the containers of paint. He was no longer interested in painting today and he did still have time to get the painting done after all.

Apollo let out a moan and the thought of Gabriel tried up for him a prisoner to his whims. He leant down and kissed Gabriel hard on the lips devouring them before he wrapped an arm around him and made them appear in their bedroom on their bed. Apollo slowly kissed down his neck stopping to lick and nip at places Gabriel found sensitive. "I like that idea very much." He tells him before he kisses him again and then pulls back to look at Gabe under him. He moves his hands and uses his power to make restraints appear around them. "I can't wait to bring you to the edge over and over and when you're begging for it I might just let you fall." He whispers in his ear.

Gabriel smirked as Apollo moaned, knowing his goal had been achieved. He moaned himself as Apollo kissed him. He felt the change of scenery as the softness of the bed against his back. He had started to wrap his arms around Apollo, to get his hands under his shirt, when he found them bound. He tugged slightly at the binds, testing them slightly. He wasn't worried. He knew Apollo would remove if he needed but he didn't want that. He trusted his husband. He laughed slightly and nipped softly at Apollo's earlobe as it came into reach when he whispered in his ear. "Should I take that as a challenge."
