This is where you can come to practice your boxing or martial arts. 

Jace walked into the dojo, taking off his shoes and stripping off his shirt before he started on some stretches. He had a few new scares on his chest and back, some of which still hadn't healed completely. He had ran into a few monsters as he searched for his daughter and they where his reminders of them. He was tempted to ground his daughter after what she had done but knew it would never last anyway. With his shirt off you could see some of the tribal tattoos he had gained since he had became a member of his wife's tribe. Along with these tattoos was a small bird that he had on his chest. He had got the tattoo not long after his mother had died as they where something she had loved and it was a constant reminder to him of her.

Once Jace had finished his stretches he moved to one of the punching bags and started chucking punches and kicks. It had been a while since he had properly trained, having to save his energy incase he actually needed to fight. He had been on his own after all and due to this getting very little sleep.

Thys walks into the dojo wincing when he caught sight of Jace and his scars. He walked over to Jace placing a hand on his shoulder for a moment before taking a step back as he realized that it probably wasn't the best idea to touch him while he was working out and he hoped that Jace didn't lash out at him for it.

He raised hands into a hands up position so that he didn't look threatening to Jace when he turned around. "I'm sorry for just disappearing but Cassila and Araseli wouldn't wait to get to camp and I couldn't exactly let them go without me because they wouldn't be safe without me and I couldn't do that." He tells him.

Jace acted on instinct from the moment the hand touched his should and it was only for the fact that this was not the first time Thys had touched him when training, that Jace was able to pull himself up before his fist connected with the side of Thys face. He wished he could say Thys had been so lucky the first time but it was not the case. "Damn it Thys. I swear you have some kind of death wish or something", he muttered, "and it's for me not you."

Jace laughed at his brother-in-laws comment, "I wouldn't let Cassila hear you say that. I don't think she feels that she needs you for protection. But it is fine, I just hope Sakarra went along with you and not alone", he replied. He would have stayed with them himself but he couldn't leave his daughter, he had to at least try and find her even if Sakarra had assured him she wouldn't get hurt.

"I don't have a death wish." He tells him with a roll of his eyes. "I just don't think that you'll hurt me, I mean that one punch you did land was a pussy one at that." He says with a roll of his eyes, conveniently forgetting that it had knocked him out for hours.

"Yeah I don't let her she doesn't think that she needs help but she really does. Yeah she came with us but Mackenzie didn't, I'm sorry but I don't know where she is." He tells him looking ashamed and horrified he had heard that Mackenzie had headed to camp but she hadn't gone with them and he felt like he should have kept an eye on her.

Jace shrugged, "That is true, only reason you where only knocked out for a few hours after all, Thys", he replied with a small smirk. Like hades he was leaving that part out of the story. "It was a warning shot after all, nothing more. Just not my fault you couldn't handle it."

"Mackenzie was the reason why I disappeared. I knew what she was planning but she still managed to elude me the whole time. I heard from my sister that the hunters sent her back this way. She wouldn't tell me anymore though", Jace replied. He hadn't liked having to pick between the two people he loved but he had done the only thing that had felt right in the situation.

"What ever, keep dreaming it was a lucky shot." He said with a roll of his eyes when he couldn't think of another come back. "I can understand that, I mean between Cassila and Seli, I'd pick Seli over Cass if it came to looking after them after all one of them is my partner and the other is my kid, I mean I would always go for my child." He tells him with a grin, thinking of Cass he smiled again.

"I'm glad that Mack's fine I would be beside myself if anything happened to my niece." He tells him with a smile.

Jace just laughed, "I will let you keep believing that, Sugar Kane", he replied with a smirk. Over the last ten years he had found picking on Thys a rather enjoyable past time. "I feel Cassila would be happy knowing that. Cassila can handle herself pretty well. Besides I will always be here to help, assuming Kenzie learns to behave. She takes far to much after me", he replied. Jace would give his life if it meant he could keep both their families safe. He loved them all, even Thys though he would never admit it out load, the guy had become like the brother he never had. He knew that he would protect his family if something happened to him.
